Leg Up for Kids Therapeutic Riding program is managed by People Helping Horses, a nonprofit horse rescue, education, and community support organization located in Arlington, Washington. We have been in existence since 2002 and bring a wealth of knowledge, integrity, and passion to all that we undertake.
